When the winds pick up in the mountains, they don’t just move through the trees… they move through us too.

Heavy wind can stir the nervous system, bring restlessness, anxiety, scattered thoughts, even fatigue. If you’re feeling “off” today, you’re not alone, your body is simply responding to a lot of movement around you.

Today is an invitation to slow down and root in 🌻

Try this simple grounding practice:

• Stand or sit with both feet firmly on the ground
• Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly
• Inhale slowly through your nose for 4
• Exhale gently through your mouth for 6
• Imagine roots growing from your feet deep into the earth, steady and strong
• Stay here for 3–5 minutes

Let the wind move around you… not through you.

Drink warm tea, step outside for a moment of stillness, or wrap yourself in something cozy. Your nervous system will thank you.

We understand it is last minute but we are teaming up with other businesses at The Gazebo Shopping Complex to find up to 7 vendors and 1-2 acoustic musicians(solo or duo only, no full bands) for our Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting! 🎉

This will be a high traffic weekend in Midtown and a great opportunity to showcase your products, meet new customers, and be part of a growing local business community!

• 10’ x 10’ outdoor spaces
• No Vendor Fee
• Electricity is not guaranteed unless pre-approved
• Located in the backyard garden/patio area
• Perfect for handmade goods, art, and unique vendors

🎵Musicians:
• Play for tips
• Solo or duo only (acoustic, low-volume setup)
• Play style: relaxed / background / garden-style vibe 🌿
• Space: 2 small gazebos to choose from, front & back
