This class will harness the energies of the full super moon, drawing our awareness inwards and helping us to land in grace and gratitude in preparation for the upcoming busy holiday season. A Yin Yoga practice is a wonderful way to regain centering and release any tension we may hold.

To be honest, I panic just before every retreat. "It won't be successful; Nobody will enjoy it; This should be my last one..." The stories we tell ourself are powerful, some fact, some fiction, but holy hell, if you don't tell them, you may very well drown in them. Thankful for the and who showed up for a weekend of new beginnings to new stories with endings we're just not yet aware of. 🙏

Please join me for this Yin Yoga practice suitable for yogis of all levels!

Yin Yoga is a slow and intentional form of yoga done in postures mostly on the floor. Using props as necessary for your body, we into a shape and stay quiet for 3 to 5 minutes. Yin is known to help soothe anxiety and encourage us to relax the urge to improve or explain our circumstances.

This class is accessible to all ages and levels, and is a perfect opportunity for you to pause and re-center.
