Her s***k and love for all the colors and their brightness, and use for turning old into new, or ordinary into something with flare, i will continue to love and tribute into my own daily wardrobe. ✨

Getting closer to 2023 and i gotta say, Im hope hope hoping to a healthier, and the happiest year for us all! Because it’s been a year! HA, a couple of years!!!…..But hasn’t it for everyone??!

One way Ive gotten through the last few years, is healing my inner self. Learning, acknowledging, and accepting, and gaining self awareness in my own swlf. While admitting what my own flaws are and what my triggers are, i began working on them and fixing them. I also know what i will and will not accept from others, because i’ve also found more love within myself.

When I express how much I love Reiki for tapping oneself into more self awareness, and how that’s one of my favorite learnings of the practice, it’s because I feel when we have more self awareness, those are the ah-ha moments of healing, and the more ah-ha we have the more healing we have.

So when we become honest with ourselves and with others, we gain more self-awareness. Or is it vice-versa? They really go hand in hand i think.
and we continue onward…..

Shirt i purchased at my first Dandy Warhol’s show. December 7 1997 in Lawrence Ks at The Granada Theater on Massachusetts street, I wore the hell out of this shirt till i couldn’t fit into it anymore. And tonight!….26 years and 8 days later!!!!!!??? 💥🤯
Not nearly as small as i once was, but i can accept that, becuase damn it! I’m good enough, i’m smart enough and Gosh Darn it…….. THIS SHIRT EFFING FITS!!!!!!! …….( annnnnddd probably because the elastic and threads in the shirt are old enough now, it just may be shot. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤫)

the smartest and most truthful thing I ever learned from learning life lessons of life w/ Ms. Oprah, was the episode when she gave her Oprah advice sharing that what she does celebrating her, on her birthday, she makes sure as a gift to herself, she goes to her female checkups. and makes an appt for the following next bday time, so she doesn't forget. i thought it to be genius and inspirational.
