❄️ Winter Weather Update ❄️

We hope everyone stays safe and warm during this upcoming winter storm. Please take extra precautions while traveling and limit unnecessary outings if conditions worsen.

At this time, all appointments remain as scheduled. However, if weather conditions push into Monday, in-office appointments may need to be transitioned to Telehealth for everyone’s safety.

Additionally, in the event of a power outage that is not quickly restored due to ice or severe weather, appointments may need to be rescheduled entirely.

We will continue to monitor conditions closely and will communicate any updates as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility — your safety is always our priority.

We’re seeing an increase in Flu A cases in our community. To help keep everyone safe and healthy, please remember to:

🧼 Wash your hands frequently
😷 Cover coughs and sneezes
🏠 Stay home if you’re not feeling well

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms (fever, body aches, cough, sore throat, fatigue) and have an upcoming appointment, please call or text our office to reschedule or switch to a Telehealth appointment.

First Steps Wellness is honored to give back to our community this holiday season. We will be nominating 5 families to receive a box of groceries to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner at home.

If you or someone you know could use a little extra support this year, we invite you to submit a nomination.

Details:

✅ 5 families will be selected

✅ Must live within 20 miles of Russellville, KY

✅ Must have Facebook Messenger enabled for contact

✅ Nomination deadline: Monday, November 17th at 5:00 PM

✅ Winners will be contacted Saturday, November 22nd

✅ Pickup will take place in Russellville that weekend
