As of May 06, 2025 I will be enforcing the last minute cancellation/no show policy from here on out for all regular and new clients. I have been very leinient but it's costing me alot of wasted time, and way less money! It's about to be summer and I have 4 children I'd love to spend time with vs sitting at the shop for extended periods due to no communication.

If for any reason you need to reschedule or move your massage, REACHING OUT asap... is the only option to keep you from being charged.

From today on, I will be putting a card on file for every client.

I TRULY hate to do this. Everyone needs some grace... but COMMUNICATION is key.

I hope everyone understands this job is my life, I enjoy it... but it's also a chunk of income for my family of six. If you can't respect me or my family.... I will have very little wiggle room in the grace I have for charging fees from now on.

A Baker's cyst is a type of synovial cyst that can form behind the knee. It's a fluid-filled cyst that can be quite painful. Common causes include inflammation, arthritis, gout and knee damage. Surgical correction is rarely necessary. Typically, if I get the knee moving properly, including the meniscus, joint capsule, and surrounding muscles, this is enough to allow the cyst to resolve on its own.
