✨ Ready for a Reset? ✨

The past several months I’ve let my weight get a little out of hand. I start strong with fasting and eating healthy, but by the end of the day I often get off track. Anyone else relate? 🙋‍♀️ It’s been a roller coaster of losing and gaining.

I’ve been focusing on my health—finishing up dental work ✅ and now halfway through cataract surgeries (which are going great 🙌). Now it’s time to take the next step… I’m ready to reset my metabolism, gain energy, lose the fat from my belly/hips (and everywhere else! 😂), and feel GOOD again.

🌸 What smell most reminds you of your childhood with your mom? 🌸

For me, it’s the smell of Thieves—it brings back memories of late nights, warm lights, and a clean-smelling house.

When I was little, my mom would boil a pot of water with cinnamon sticks, orange peels, and cloves every year around Thanksgiving and Christmas. The scent would fill the kitchen and wrap us in that cozy, warm feeling. Ahhhhh… 💛

It’s amazing how a simple smell can instantly take you back to those special moments.
