I recently noticed this kiosk at a local CVS. Supplements aren’t like boot-cut jeans or the latest social media influencer. They are highly specific based on individual health, needs, and goals. It’s easy to feel lured into “health trends” but when it comes to nutrition and supplements – choose science and bio-individuality, not what’s in vogue.
