📅 YOGA classes resume THIS Tuesday, September 9th - and I'm so excited to welcome you back to the mat!

All classes are small in size (6 to 8 students), offering a lot of personal attention, a strong focus on breath, form, and function, and various-level yoga flows.

Yoga classes resume on Sept 9th at the Surya Yoga Shala, a private yoga studio in Greenhaven, Rye, New York.

Two types of classes are available:

1/ FLOW + FORM (70 minutes - 8 students max): A dynamic practice weaving together the creative flow of vinyasa with structural alignment. Build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while exploring the relationship between breath and movement. Levels 1 and 2 available.

2/ FORM + FUNCTION (60 minutes - 6 students max): A therapeutic-minded class emphasizing precise alignment and structural integrity. Build strength, stability, and awareness while addressing individual needs and imbalances. Open level.

Sign up for a Fall class series (12 to 13 weeks - $250-$270) or drop in for $30.

Hi 👋🏽 I’m Hélène! I’m a yoga seeker & student just like you, a certified yoga teacher, Ashtanga practitioner, meditator, former finance professional, wife, and mama to two kiddos. ⁠

Like many of you, I LOVE yoga and I LOVE feeling strong 💪and flexible 🤸after practice. But... I also know that yoga has more to offer than fancy postures.
