I just wrapped up an intensive 5-day deep dive with Harvard Medical into all things Women’s Health and Menopause. Between the latest research on MHT (menopause hormone therapy), lifestyle hacks, and supplements, my brain is FuLL and my excitement for this phase of life is even fuller.
