Galaxy, Timber, and Adare were all very thankful for their sessions today with many yawns. As the weather gets colder and colder as the days go on their body’s take a bit of the brunt of it. But also, these guys are working on different goals and learning how to properly carry themselves.
Galaxy (grey mare) started her session with very big feelings. She is working on some herd boundness so she was a tad concerned that her friends were outside and she was in the barn. She was also quite expressive when it came to telling me where her areas of tightness and discomfort were. We worked slowly, allowed ample time to process, and she ended up a totally different mare at the end of our session, both mentally and physically. Listening goes a long way!
Timber and Adare are such gentleman when it comes to their sessions. They sink into it so quickly the moment I lay my hands on them. These boys stay relatively consistent in their areas of tightness and restrictions in motion so we keep them on a consistent schedule to receive body work to keep them feeling their best.
