Sometimes the hardest decisions are the ones that show the most strength.

After a lot of reflection, I’ve decided not to step on stage this year. This isn’t giving up — this is me choosing to show up for my family, to take care of what matters most, and to come back stronger than ever.

I’m still training. I’m still dialed in. The goal is STILL to be shredded by mid to late July and take some fire shots for my birthday in September — so don’t get it twisted, the grind continues.

But when I return to the stage… it’ll be the BEST I’ve ever looked. Glutes, back, legs — everything is getting leveled up. This next version of me will be undeniable. Let’s Invest!
