Fresh and delicious meal!!! Made these amazing nachos. They looked beautiful when we started, but too good to stop for a photo. Raw ingredients with some sautéed mushrooms 🍄. Our tacos were awesome too, but they were already eaten by the time I remembered I wanted to post this fantastic vegan place in Sacramento, CA.. If you are looking for good and fresh vegan food. These ladies are awesome!!! Thank you both for such good food and great conversation.

As children, we emulate strength from others, healthy or not healthy. We create personas and versions of ourselves that may protect us through trauma, but ultimately, impeading growth in later years. It's ok to let go of those old versions of yourself that are no longer in alignment with the you you wish to be today.

The rose garden is in full bloom! My husband and I were shoe less. Earthing is an essential part of self care for us! Even in the city, we find ways to connect with the Earth.

This is my raw spaghetti with yummy marinara sauce. I love cheesy and spice, so I drizzled on some raw cheese sauce as well.
