We are a local independent Support Group for those affected by Lupus We are an independent local Support Group for those whos lives have been affected by Lupus.

We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, at 6:30pm. Support Group Location: Sutter General Hospital Cancer Center/Buhler Building (Across the street from the main Hospital) - 1st Floor, Classroom 2 Sacramento, CA 95816.

✨ Gentle Yoga with Alex ✨

1108 R St (meet at the corner of 12th & R by Bottle & Barlow; enter as a group)

Join us for a gentle, all-levels yoga class designed to support relaxation and mind–body connection. This welcoming practice is perfect for first-timers and seasoned practitioners alike. Expect guided meditation, light breath work, and a thoughtful sequence of poses to help you settle into presence.

🧘‍♀️ What to bring:
• Yoga mat (required)
• Water
• Blanket or pillow (optional, for extra comfort)
Mats are not provided.

🚗 Parking note:
Downtown parking can be limited. There are nearby free 1–2 hour spots, and carpooling is encouraged if possible.

Come as you are and give yourself space to breathe, move, and unwind.

Our October meeting will be held at MOD Pizza at 2100 Arden Way. It is on the corner of Howe Ave and Arden Way. MOD Pizza specializes in custom, individual-sized artisan pizzas and salads, made on demand with a wide variety of toppings for one set price. So, get your pizza and come sit with us for support! We also want to remind everyone that this NOT be a hybrid meeting. We will ONLY be meeting in person.
