Hey,

Thank you so much for your support🌸

I’ve always wanted to provide tools and education for my friends and fellow twenty-something’s that would help support our mental well beings and live happier lives.

We live in a very unique time where we face a lot of stress. As we figure out who we are as young adults, we are also forced to navigate our lives around a pandemic, political injustice and issues, success comparison, and ALLLL the mental issues that come with social media.

We must remind ourselves that our mental health is TOP priority. It navigates our choices, perspective, physical health, and MUCH more. When we stop prioritizing our mental health, everything else can seem to fall apart too.

I know.

Though there is so much more that goes into your mental health outside of mists and oils, its the act of reaching for these tools, experiencing them, and having them nearby that helped me feel in control- like I could rely on ME to feel even a little bit better.

There’s a whole science behind aromatherapy that I could dive into-I wont now, but I am happy to provide a tool for my friends that is helpful, affordable, and easy-to-use.
