The SWPRA is comprised of members in the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah.

The Southwest Physician Recruiters Association is a professional organization comprised of in-house physician and allied health professional recruiters throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah. It is committed to providing assistance to peers sharing recruiting, retention and related knowledge & challenges. The goal of the association is to create a close network of recruiters, who promote, professional development and education about the recruitment and retention of physicians in their region.
