I'm getting so excited for the Annual Spring Symposium, COSMOGENETRIX with Mount Shasta Goddess Temple 🪷🪷🪷.

On Friday, March 21st, I'll be presenting on the healing modality of Brainspotting and how it can be used as a way to connect with spirit and balance mind and body. We will use images of Goddesses and nature as a way to ground and calm and come into attunement within ourselves and with the group. We will also locate a brainspot for connecting deeper with the Goddess.
