Clarissa Womack, Founder and Executive Director of Balance Thru Wellness Inc. 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization understands how stress and anxiety affects individuals because she has personal experience living with the condition. Clarissa is Certified In Mindfulness and has completed Courses in Su***de Prevention. Therefore, she understands the ramifications of pressuring individuals to take advantage of her services through cold calling and other solicitation methods. We recognize that stress and anxiety can produce both physical and psychological symptoms, in addition, people experience stress and anxiety differently. Anyone from youth to senior citizen who needs to learn to be in the present is welcome to take advantage of our offered services. Balance Thru Wellness Inc guides individuals on how to be present with oneself by learning to focus on their breathing, which is extremely rewarding.

Meditation and mindfulness are simple practices that help you slow down, breathe, and become more aware of the present moment. In a world full of noise, stress, and constant movement, these tools give your mind a chance to reset.

Grief has no timeline, and I say that from personal experience.
Losing someone you love changes you. I lost my sister in March 2023, and even now, there are days when the grief still sits heavy on my heart. Healing hasn’t been a straight line, and I’ve learned that moving through grief truly happens at your own pace.

What has helped me most are the mindful practices I lean on daily. The breathing, the grounding, the quiet moments of reflection. Without them, this journey would be much harder to navigate.

At Balance Thru Wellness, we offer these same gentle practices to support you as you move through your own grief. You don’t have to hold it all by yourself. You don’t have to rush. You don’t have to pretend you’re okay when you’re not.
