Ohana Mind and Body We are here to give you the tools to help yourself. We provide a great team of Yoga Instructors, Med Connect your breath to your peace.

One on One Yoga:
A step by step beginning yoga series to instruct proper asana (poses) positioning, breathwork and a flow sequence to help you practice in group settings or in-home practices. One on One Meditation:
A guided tour on how to be in silence and connect internally. We will help you set up your daily 30 min meditation practice. One on One Nutrition:
Set you goals and build your own new eating habits. We will help you build what you need to help your self eat better for a healthy life. One on One Mental Health Coaching:
Is something holding you back from being the best you. Learn with guidance how to help you deal with life and the obstacles that get in our way. Group Session:
Once a week we will have a 3 hour group session that we will practice yoga, meditate, journal share as a group. This your place to share openly and unconditionally. We provide a safe space for you to share and to be you. This is a place of no judgment and full of help for your needs.
