The life I have now I couldn't even of imagined

1️⃣ You’re only focusing on your neck

Your neck is where you feel the pain… but it’s rarely why you’re in pain. The neck often compensates for issues elsewhere—like poor ribcage or shoulder movement. Until you address the root, the pain just keeps coming back.

2️⃣ You breathe with your chest

Chest breathing causes those neck muscles@to work harder when it should be your diaphragm and core. Learning how to 360° breathing can take a huge load off your neck.

3️⃣ Your ribcage and upper back don’t move

Your thoracic spine is suppose to be mobile while your neck is suppose to be more stabile. When it’s stiff, your neck takes over all the slack. Without mobility through your ribcage and upper back, your neck will always be doing too much.
