I’ve learned to replace “my poor feet” with “my precious feet” when talking TO and ABOUT my unsung heroes. 💓Yay, feet!💓

Taking amazing care of our precious feet is possible when we APPRECIATE them AND show them our appreciation—even when they don't do exactly what we want them to do.

YES, soaking our feet in warm-hot water with Epsom relaxes our foot muscles. AND I love that it also increases blood circulation, delivering fresh oxygen to each new cell growing in our bones, muscles, and soft tissues. Victory! 🌟🌟🌟
