A member told me today, “I almost just drove right by but instead I showed up and feel soooo good I did!”
I’m constantly reminded that skipping the workout feels harder than actually doing it.
The mental battle, the overthinking, the “I’ll do it later,” that’s the exhausting part. Movement doesn’t drain you, it brings you back to life.
Do it tired. Do it unmotivated. Do it anyway.
