đżâ¨ Why I sat under a tree with a 174hz tuning fork â¨đż
The other day, I found myself tucked under the shade of a tree, next to a gently flowing creek, holding a 174hz tuning fork.
To someone passing by, it might have looked a little unusual, maybe even a bit âwoo woo.â
But hereâs what was really happening:
I was giving myself a moment to reconnect.
To breathe.
To listen.
Not just to the sounds around me, but to the ones within.
You see, tuning forks like this one use sound and vibration to help move stuck energy, calm the nervous system, and bring ease to places that hold tension, physically and emotionally. This particular frequency, 174hz, is known for relieving pain and supporting deep relaxation.
Think of it like a gentle massage made of sound, one that helps the body feel safe enough to soften.
Nature has always been a beautiful co-facilitator in my healing work, so blending the two⌠sound and stillness⌠felt like the most natural thing in the world.
Sometimes healing doesnât look like a big transformation.
Sometimes, itâs just this,
a quiet moment under a tree,
a soft vibration through the fingertips,
and the reminder that peace lives here too.
