By focusing on self-care, quality time, and reframing guilt as a sign of care, moms can let go of the pressure to be perfect. Embrace the fact that you're doing your best, and remember that being a good mom doesn’t mean doing everything; it means showing up with love and intention.

Seeking change?

Have you ever felt there is something standing in your way of happiness or living up to your goals? People often come to see me when they are stuck, ambivalent, overwhelmed, lost, fearful or in crisis. Sometimes a problem has slowly built up over time until it becomes unmanageable or we find the same problem keeps repeating itself despite our best efforts at change. Other times, something completely unexpected happens in our lives that catches us by surprise and leaves us in distress. Working with a seasoned therapist who provides a safe place to think and feel and can be enormously relieving, helpful and transformative. Change is within your reach and not only is it freeing, but it’s also exhilarating. If you are considering getting help for yourself or alongside your partner/spouse , you may be feeling anxious about what to expect. Please feel free to explore my website at www.bloompsych.com to learn more about how I may be able to help you. It is my hope that this information will help you take next steps toward caring for your psychological health.
