Prenatal Partners Yoga at The Root
Join us on Sunday, April 19 from 10:30–11:45 AM for a supportive, connection-focused class designed for parents-to-be.
This 75-minute workshop is an opportunity to slow down together, learn how to support the pregnant body, and build confidence as a team before baby arrives.
You and your partner will explore gentle, safe poses, hands-on support techniques, and simple tools for comfort, breath, and connection, especially helpful in the later months of pregnancy.
Led by Galina and inspired by her own pregnancy journey, this class is welcoming, beginner-friendly, and designed to help partners feel involved and prepared.
