Our Story

Fun and supportive women’s fitness classes: Cross Training, Yoga / pilates, Barre, TRX, dance, boot camps and enlightened diet and nutrition for weight loss, strength training and flexibility too. Kaia FIT is fun, upbeat and welcoming of women of all ages and fitness levels. Try a FREE WEEK of Platinum membership with unlimited access to ALL classes. Gold membership includes unlimited cross training (like crossfit) group exercise fitness classes, yoga and the 6-week intensives or (like boot camps) and we have a discounted Davis student/senior membership. Full membership includes cross training, yoga pilates, barre, TRX, Run training Dance classes and other women's group exercise fitness classes. Better than a gym membership as you join a cohesive group of women supporting each other’s health and fitness. Take a variety of workouts throughout the week, our morning classes start at 5am, before kids wake up and we offer evening and weekend exercise classes too. Our coaches strive to offer the benefits of personal training in the context of group exercise classes, modifying each exercise so that you work at your own pace, safely to meet your own goals, with the support of coaches and community. Many of our coaches are personal trainers and offer group training to women at all stages of life, retaining youth, yoga and exercise during pregnancy, menopause… and the sisterhood to support you through these transitions.
