Our workout will leave you drenched in sweat, burning fat & calories (up to 500-800 calories), with elongated muscles & improved endurance in a blink of an eye... only 40 minutes!

We blend hands-on instruction and expert routine programming on a patented mega-machine called the Megaformer. The Megaformer uses a system of springs and pulleys to work your entire body with adjustable resistance, using slow and controlled movement under constant tension. This high intensity workout has no impact on your joints, spine or connective tissues - making it the best workout out there to safely challenge your mind and your muscles. With a max of 11-12 people per class, each client receives personalized attention and accountability from their coach throughout class.
