The Laguna Physical Therapy (LPT) staff has been serving the greater Sacramento and Elk Grove communities since February 12, 2007. As physical therapists at LPT, we can teach patients how to prevent or manage their condition so that they will achieve long-term health benefits. We examine each individual and develop a plan, using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. In addition, we work with individuals to prevent the loss of mobility before it occurs by developing fitness- and wellness-oriented programs for healthier and more active lifestyles. Now that spring is here and the sun is out, we are challenging each other to walk outside and get our steps in! You can challenge your friends and family to join too!

The goal is 8-10k step a day, 😯 but not to worry! The goal with anything should be to do your best, and if you need any help, feel free to message us and we'll be happy to help you find a suitable goal.
