Are you a caregiver? Have you experienced burn out, empty tank syndrome or are you looking for a place for support and encouragement as a caregiver? Next Saturday April 9th we will be holding an Art4Healing painting class - specifically geared toward those who experience compassion fatigue. Therapist's, family members who love and care for those with mental illness are especially welcome. The goal is to begin regular support groups for those caring for loved ones with all types/levels of mental illness. Please - pass this along to your friends, family, co workers....it is an amazing opportunity to experience emotional healing, hope and restoration through art.
