Audrey’s journey into ABA began with a class that lit a fire in her—and now she lives the EPIC Core Values every day by empowering families and supporting children with patience and heart.

When she’s not making a difference in the clinic, she’s jamming on the alto sax or spending time with her sweet 10-month-old son. She’s also working toward her Associate’s in Child Development—because her passion for helping kids grow never stops.

Meet Tianna (she/her)—a Behavior Technician who brings heart, strength, and advocacy to everything she does. 💙

Tianna has worked with individuals with disabilities since she was 19, and has spent the past few years in ABA helping children grow with confidence and joy. Her commitment to her clients and team is rooted in kindness—but also courage. Tianna isn’t afraid to speak up and stand up for what’s right.

To her, the EPIC Core Values mean lifting others while staying true to who you are—and that’s exactly what she does.

When she’s not working, you might catch Tianna writing poetry, singing, or skating to the sounds of All-American Rejects. And her long-term goal? To become a juvenile counselor and continue changing lives.

Say hello to Alec(he/him)—a dedicated Behavior Technician who’s been changing lives through ABA for nearly 6 years! 💪🌲

Originally drawn to psychology through criminology, Alec found his true passion in ABA and is now working toward becoming a BCBA. His mission? To help every client build independence, confidence, and lasting life skills.

Alec lives the EPIC Core Values in every session, always pushing toward empowerment and progress—with a whole lot of patience and compassion in between.

When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him outdoors—hiking, camping, or soaking in the sun to the sounds of Khruangbin. 🎶

For Alya (she/her), helping others runs in the family. Inspired by her mother’s work in ABA, she found her own path in supporting children’s development—celebrating the small wins that lead to lifelong growth.

Currently pursuing a nursing degree while making a difference at Learning ARTS, Alya leads with heart, structure, and a deep love for learning. Her favorite outlet? Dancing! 💃 Whether it’s folklorico or ballet, movement brings her joy and balance—and reminds her of the beauty in discipline and culture.

Alya also finds connection through language and global traditions, always seeking to understand and uplift. And with her fluffy sidekick Chente by her side (🐶✨), she’s proving that compassion, curiosity, and commitment are a powerful combo.

Amanda (she/her) discovered her passion for working with children while assisting in a pediatric medical office—where she witnessed the magic of little milestones becoming life-changing memories.

Now at Learning ARTS, she continues that mission every day. With a heart full of compassion and a belief in the EPIC Core Values, Amanda meets each child with encouragement, patience, and the unwavering belief that their “firsts” are just the beginning of something extraordinary.

Outside of work, Amanda finds grounding in nature—whether it’s hiking, walking by a river, or simply listening to the birds. She’s a lifelong learner, a lover of random facts, and a proud mom of four, always striving to make kindness her family’s legacy. 💖
