In recognition of World AIDS Day, we're creating space to pause, reflect, and honor the lives and stories that continue to shape us. ❤️
✨ Some of our OCH team started the morning by setting up the Remembrance Trees in our Midtown locations. We invite you to stop by and leave a personal message in honor of a loved one. Each note brings comfort, connection, and tells a story of the resilience of our community.
🎉 Join us at the Sac State Ballroom on Monday, December 1, for the World AIDS Day event, a celebration of community, love, and a tribute to those we have lost. Programming starts at 7 PM.

Today, on Transgender Day of Remembrance, we honor and remember the transgender lives lost to discrimination and violence. This is a moment to reflect and recommit to creating a world where every person is valued, protected, and able to live safely and authentically. At One Community Health, we stand in solidarity and remain dedicated to providing care that is rooted in respect and belonging. Be gentle with yourself today, prioritizing your health and your heart as we continue the fight against transphobia and advocate for justice and safety for all.

This week, we increase awareness of the challenges and discrimination faced by transgender and non-binary people, spotlighting the need for allyship, education and empowerment to combat ongoing attacks on trans rights.

Last week, we were proud to join our community partner Rx HealthCare Services in celebrating 25 years of providing case management services to individuals living with HIV. Veronica, our Intensive Case Management Services Manager, and Stephan, our HIV Programs Manager, enjoyed connecting with Lenore Gotelli, Program Director of Rx HealthCare, and other partner agencies as we marked this incredible milestone together.
Today, we honor all who have served our country with courage, commitment, and strength. Your sacrifices protect our freedom, and we are deeply grateful. Thank you for your service. 🇺🇸
All One Community Health campuses will be open and operating during regular business hours.
