He orders from a secret menu item that is not on the price board called Round Eggs. It is easy to eat REAL EGGS cooked in healthy form and get your steam poached eggs when you ask for "Round Eggs." -Handful of frozen cauliflower rice or (pre-steamed)

-Half a frozen a banana

-1 cup milk of choice (coconut or cashew)

-1 scoop Protein, Vanilla

-1 tbsp peanut butter ( I like 2 )

-Sprinkle of cinnamon

-1 tsp instant espresso powder

-Blend together on high for 30 seconds, scoop into a bowl and top with strawberries, cacao nibs and a drizzle of pb🍫🍓🥜

Fall Time is Pumpkin Time

Real Pumpkin Pie Smoothie...Turn your protein shake into a delicious pumpkin treat! Healthy, satisfying, and super tasty!

Ingredients for 1
½ cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 teaspoon honey, agave nectar, or sweetener of choice
2 scoops Zurvita Vanilla protein powder 150 cals
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 banana this gives a base to make the smoothie creamy. approx 55 cals
1- 1 1/2 C. Milk. Almond, Rice, Soy. 50-100 cals
Adjust to your liking of thickness
6 ice cubes
Instructions
Add all ingredients in order listed to a blender and process until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetener, if desired.
