If you receive a Medi-Cal renewal packet or notice, don’t set it aside. 📌

Open it and respond as soon as you can. Deadlines matter, and most coverage interruptions happen because paperwork wasn’t returned on time.

Helpful tips: ❕
• Read the letter carefully
• Complete and return forms quickly
• Keep copies of what you send
• Ask for help if anything is confusing

TPCP clients can work with staff to complete renewal forms and gather needed documents.

You may be hearing news about possible changes to Medi-Cal. We know that can create uncertainty. Nothing is changing overnight.

Right now, the most important step is making sure you don’t lose coverage by mistake.

If you have Medi-Cal:
• Make sure your address, phone number, and email are current
• Watch for renewal letters, texts, or emails
• Open and respond to any paperwork right away

TPCP clients can ask their care team for help completing renewal forms or understanding notices. We want to make sure you stay connected to care and support without unnecessary interruptions.
