I am off to the gym this morning. It just might be time to hire a personal trainer! I am trying to get toned and fit while losing weight! Weight training and cardo. This isn't a picture of me lol my hair is longer.

I am Swimming in October. This is a first!!!! Yes, I did take my phone in the pool. I had to get a picture of Bailey. He sits right by the pool when I swim. II love this boy!!

The phrase "Hate corrodes the vessel that carries it" means that harboring hate or resentment harms the person who holds it more than anyone else. Just like rust destroys the container it forms in, negative emotions like hate eat away at our well-being, causing emotional and sometimes even physical harm. It serves as a reminder to let go of such feelings for our own peace and health.
