Doing StressLess Virtual workouts since 2020. This Grandma can OUT BURPEE me anytime. She is fit and healthy and has lived life for that purpose long before working out with StressLess Workouts. But we were able to provide the right WEEKLY programming and cut out the hard-core unnecessary workouts that have youbspinning your wheels. This was her result 👆🏼.

New workouts are posted weekly, and we have over 400 workouts online to choose from. Do them whenever and wherever you are.
Most are under 30 mins.
Many are 20 mins.
Bodyweight.
Heavy weighted lifts.
Light weights.
Stretch workouts
Modifications given for neck, back and shoulder issues. You've got them, we can train around them and help strengthen.

You do NOT need to do 45-60 minute workouts 3-5 days a week. You need to do workouts that help your body be strong, not broken down. You need workouts that allow for recovery and metabolic health.

Yes, some times weight comes back for people...that is called LIFE. It will fluctuate as life throws you curveballs. But the beauty is you have the KNOWLEDGE that you need to do it. Or the knowledge that you need a coach to kickstart the process again.

Or you just keep going and feeling amazing forever. I don't expect ANYONE to keep the exactly same body forever. I don't 🤷‍♀️. But when you know what you can achieve, it sure helps get there again.

Welcome to all the returning StressLessers and to the JumpStarters! Let's do this SUCCESS WEEK and start seeing and, more importantly, feeling some good changes!

Energy? Yep.
Better sleep? Yep.
Eating for your own needs? Yep.
Even more balanced hormones? Yep
Fat loss and muscle gain? Yep.

Workouts that are easy or hard, short or long? Yep and yep.

It only works because:

I believe you can.
Consistency over and over again will give you the results.

And THAT'S ☝🏼why this is the last group cycle of the StressLess Nutrition Method membership for 2023. Consistency OVER TIME. If I only coached you for 7 weeks, that isn't enough time to get the true benefit of good nutrition and workouts. You want results, you have to want to give it the right amount of time. Set your expectation to be realistic. So we're heading into 2024 NOW.

1) I hate rain on my skin, it feels creepy crawly and makes me feel uncomfortable..... but I grew up living in South East Asia until my freshman year so HOT rain brings me lots of joy 😊

2) I throw myself into ideas, complete them and then forget I did it.
I'm an "out of sight out of mind" person. (adhd-impulsive-hyperfocus related apparently? I learn the 'whys' about myself a lot now!)....

These are the 5 types of biofeedback I have found that are best for determining if macros are right and if your body is in the right place for
A) functioning well
B) easier weight loss

It's a short listen! Parts 1-3 are also short and csn be listened to in any order because, as I mentioned in episode 36 (the intro to the series) these ACMES are all equally important and intertwined so there is no single one that should be first, but we start with ADHERENCE and move from there usually.

*You're not everyone* I don't journal...do you? I mean, it's "popular" for people/coaches to preach about journaling and how good it is for, basically, ALL THE THINGS wrong with your life.

But guess what makes me hate life more.... putting time aside to:
• Find my notebook.
• Find a pen.
• "Gather my thoughts."
• Write them down concisely or intelligently enough that it makes any sort of sense.
• Re-read it to be extra sure
• Forget something and have to add it.
• •Have Neverending thought process and realize that journaling takes entirely too long and doesn't really have a concrete end-point for me to just stop at. When do you even stop writing???

I don't journal. I log. I log weather/mood. To-dos. Bedtime/awake time. Food. Accomplishments and things I need to move to the next day.

Wham. Bam. Thank you, Ma'am.

This is what works for me (a busy TypeA *& *).

This is what I have found works for busy type A people I work with. We know thought-organization is important for stress management and even weight loss.

But adding items to your day and adding things that are not totally productive (journaling "thoughts") doesn't fit well with the way we are.

You don't have to do what EVERYONE says is good. You don't have to do what EVERYONE says is "guaranteed" to work for *insert personal goal*.
Because you're not everyone.

Find what works for you. It's ok if it's not what the "mindset guru", "holistic lifestyle coach" or "routine coach" says you should be doing.

Sometimes, just taking a step back will actually help you move forward. FIRST, you need to find balance in life and only then will everything else happen. Did you know that stress affects hormones and hormones affect fat loss, fat gain, hydration and sleep...plus more. When we learn to balance our hormones, stress will then be easier to manage...and life will be easier to manage.

Being a business owner has led me into the OTHER work part of my work-life-balance. In the past I had a brick-and-mortar fitness business and currently an online one. I have been able to use my experience and education both in marketing and effective business practices. I help entrepreneurs who want to do it all, but just know they can’t...and most likely, shouldn’t. I’m a sounding board, a social media manager and business guide, helping entrepreneurs take the leap to move up and not back down. I’ve had a career-lifetime of helping others, guiding them and assisting them in the decisions that will further their life. This is what I do and I love it.
