It has been a wild honor to witness the creative process of my littles and the women I’ve gathered with over the years.
I’ve never cared much about the finished product.
Maybe that sounds rude.
It’s not.
It’s just…
the *process* for some — the adults — usually starts with sheer terror and the mumbling of “but I’m just not creative,” hesitation, and body language like they’re about to get a root canal.
Then they bravely begin.
Then the flow begins.
Then the lightness in their face comes.
Then the conversation and connection.

Then the healing.

It’s never been about the finished product.
It’s about expression, and what happens in a child’s brain when they create with freedom and problem-solve in places that *encourage* going outside the lines.
It’s about neuroplasticity and nervous-system regulation for women who spend their days in fight-or-flight and need a simple but brain-shifting 30 minutes to reconnect.

It’s not about the finished product.
It’s about the process.
The reset.

As I take this practice to heart for myself I realize I’ve needed the same permission I’ve been giving everyone else, and that it keeps teaching me, over and over, to soften.

This is a “line meditation” and I STRUGGLED with it.

You would be surprised at what comes up with a practice so unassuming that most people forget its power.

These sessions use sensory-rich, hands-on tools to help the brain and body create new patterns of calm, grounding, and letting go.

Instead of revisiting the past, we focus on where you want to go, releasing old beliefs and cultivating new ones.

💫 Important: These sessions are a supportive, hands-on practice—they help your nervous system reset, regulate, and create productive, empowering beliefs, but they do not diagnose or treat. 💫

Here’s what you can expect:
• Hands-on, sensory-based tools to shift out of overwhelm
• Rhythmic + bilateral stimulation to support neuroplasticity
• Space for emotional release and regulation
• Practical techniques you can continue at home
• A calming approach for all ages
• Optional faith-based support, never required

• One-on-one sessions (special pricing for children)
• Group sessions designed to make this support more accessible and collaborative
• Sessions can be mobile/in-home, or at our Granite Bay location starting after the new year.
