She is a beam of light and we are so happy to have her as part of our East Wind family✨

When she’s not on the mat she’s either painting, traveling, or working as a creative director designing brands and products.

If you haven’t taken one of her classes yet, come flow with her at our Auburn studio Friday mornings at 6 or Sunday evenings at 5!
