Tomorrow the Yuba-Sutter Covid-19 Emergency Task Force is having a massive Food Drive in the old KMart shopping Center on Gray Ave. between 10 and 6:00 P.M. So please bring out any of your Non Essentials food items or supplies for the Food Bank.
I have said many times with this virus it has been like Devine intervention for the Yuba Sutter area. We have in place several new organization like our own SAYLOVE, the 4G Foundation, The Yuba/Sutter Task Force and JUST SERVE. These along with the proven ones such as the United Way, the Salvation Army and many Churches have made this area so much better to handle a crisis like this nasty bug.
Another reason I feel there has been some Devine intervention is this is the first year in many years that this area has had the YUBA SUTTER LEADERSHIP CLASS. None of what is accomplished by any and all organizations can happen without the people behind them. This first class has stepped up and attacked this virus head on. Without their leadership projects like our CAN FOOD DRIVE, giving Easter bags out to the Medical staff and Shut Ins along with delivering hundreds of meals to the people in need, none of this can happen. They have been the catalysts to making it all happen. I just want to say Thank You and what a Blessing to this area this program has been. This is what SAYLOVE is. People and Organizations in Sutter and Yuba all coming together to make a difference in our community. It is a wonderful thing to watch. SAYLOVE.

Luckily Lyndsay Ell was booked to perform for us before she was in the running for ACM, female artist of the year!

King Callaway is also an amazing up-and-coming country band that harmonize like...I don't even have an analogy to explain it with justice. 🤷‍♀️ they've been touring with George straight, playing at the Grand ole Opry
and gearing up for their own headlining tour🤗😳

It is such an honor to be one of the voices at Marysvilles Bok Kai Parade.

This was their 140th year and my 3rd 😊

The Bok Kai fun isn't over yet! All day and all through out Chinatown Marysville there will be many exhibits, cultural performances and of course, BOMB DAY!!

The outpour of love has been H U G E.
Almost 45 THOUSAND views on our video, and it’s trending on Google as well as Reddit. WOW.

As of yesterday around noon, the website to submit has been DOWN (& still is). However, we reached out to them personally and got a list on how to do it manually. If we did it manually, they had more rules we had to abide by. We found out we had to get release forms signed by ALL prominent people in the video, as well as materials release forms, and an application made.

SO, all day we’ve been hounding people down and making our application for a valid submission (it said it would be disqualified if we didn’t do all of those steps). Since the release forms show personal info for everyone involved, we can’t share all of that publicly for everyone to post with us. So, each of us on the committee made a submission with our fingers crossed.
