👋🏾 Hey Loves, it's me... Dani anddddd it's been a long time

>To be honest, I needed a massive break from most things social media... I was no longer able to tape the smile on my face while chaos was reigning supreme... It's been a time 😮‍💨

>Putting out so much of myself on these platforms isn't my forte to say the least and I simply found myself burnt TF out... I had nothing left and zero interest in trying to conjure it up

>I hit a wall, a house, a skyscraper, a .......... sooooo so much has been going on that I only really chose to communicate with about 3 people... total. Just couldn't handle anyone else's energy anymore. It all became too much

>I can't say that diving back into the muck and mire of IG and Facebook land is something I'm interested in either, buttttt now that I'm starting to see the light at the end of what felt like Shadowlands; I'm feeling a bit of a sense of purpose again

>Changes are happening alllllll around us here and I want to be able to share that with you... I hope you'll celebrate our wins with us

||🌱Anodyne Herbs🌱||

🌱Anodyne herbs (herbs that help pain) can be classified in several ways. Analgesics help allay pain when used internally without affecting consciousness. Anesthetics numb existing pain either locally or generally. Anodynes are sedating and help keep pain from being transmitted. Antispasmodics relax muscle spasms. Sedatives promote rest and peace. Anodyne herbs may also have a special affinity for different types of pain as some are better suited to nervous system pain while others to muscle pain

🌱Yarrow activates the blood platelets in the affected area, which form a protective layer to keep the body protected from infection-causing bacteria. It has powerful antimicrobial properties that can be traced to the terpenes in its essential oil, effectively killing the bacteria when it is applied to the wound. The natural analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties of this herb may make it useful for minor cuts and burns, encouraging healing whilst relieving pain and inflammation

• Diffusing yarrow essential oil may eliminate germs and pathogens from the immediate vicinity, and potentially help to bring down the inflammation of the respiratory tract and nasal passages, providing relief from coughs and colds

🌱Arnica oils and creams are one of the best known herbal sports medicines, arnica may have dramatic results when used after an injury. Arnica may help to speed the healing process by moving waste-bound fluids out and moving cleansing fluids and platelets into the affected area

🌱Clove is best known as an analgesic and antiseptic treatment for dental pain, and may treat gum disease and bad breath... might also be added to massage oils to ease muscle soreness and arthritis pain. Clove is deodorizing and an antiperspirant and possibly be used in many personal care products
