Today is Giving Tuesday, and we’re asking for your support to help strengthen the health of our communities.

This year, SCMF expanded access to health education across the region, deepened our work in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) prevention, strengthened our substance-misuse initiatives, and grew our new Physician Wellness Program, because caring for our community starts with caring for the physicians who serve it.

What makes SCMF unique is our ability to bring physicians, agencies, and community partners together. This coordinated, physician-led approach allows us to respond to public health challenges with meaningful impact across multiple counties.

Your support today makes a real difference.
Every Giving Tuesday contribution directly fuels trauma-prevention efforts, substance-misuse education, physician wellness resources, and improved access to care for those who need it most.

Thank you for supporting SCMF and helping us build a healthier, more resilient region for everyone.

Today's ACIP decision ignores how devastating—and entirely preventable—hepatitis B truly is, and it threatens infants whose mothers’ screening is incomplete or delayed and children who may be exposed in their communities. We are, in effect, dismantling an intervention that has worked for decades and could help us eradicate hepatitis B—and we are doing so for no legitimate reason. https://www.cmadocs.org/newsroom/news/view/ArticleId/51079/CMA-calls-ACIP-hepatitis-B-vote-a-quot-profound-setback-for-child-health-in-America-quot
