We’re honored to partner with Sabrina Bennett, founder of Five More Minutes Video, to offer something deeply meaningful to our Monarch families.
Each legacy video includes a warm, guided interview recorded in the comfort of the patient’s residence or during a Monarch event. Patients are invited to answer thoughtful questions like “What do you want your loved ones to remember most?” or “What piece of advice would you pass down?”
They will also have the chance to leave a final message. Something personal. Something lasting.
The video is delivered on a flash drive and through a private digital link for the family to keep forever.
This offering is completely optional and available to any Monarch patient who gives full consent. Every interview is led with patience, compassion, and deep respect for the sacredness of this moment.
At Monarch, we are on a mission to shift the stigma around hospice. This journey does not have to be filled with fear. It can be filled with peace, clarity, and connection.
