$60/hour shared private lesson 2 students, $10 each additional student. Contact Seva-Yoga to schedule. Certified in VETERAN'S YOGA PROJECT training if you have a group of Vets interested in learning mindful resilience yoga I would be happy and honored to arrange a class. Join us Sat Aug 9 from 4 to 5:30 pm with a cOMmUnity potluck to follow! ECSTATIC CHANTS Mantra Music with Gina Minyard and Gershone Hendelberg at the studio here in Ball Ground.

Donation based and a portion of the studio's proceeds will be donated to GA Georgia Dog Advocates for all the great work they do here!

Some of my favorite moments from yesterday's event at West Milford Farm with and . (Remember, I'm a yoga, meditation, and sacred sound practitioner ~ not a content creator 😄.)
