At yoga tonight... I looked up and this glow was behind the cross... no it was not sunlight coming in, because it was under the window sill too and I don't have any lighting behind it and it wasn't a reflection off the back of the cross... it's matte finished and a dusky green. I thought I was seeing things, and I didn't figure it would show in the picture... but it did🙏 we did have a Divine practice💜

Join Hannah of Muddy Lotus Yoga and Sami of Seva Yoga as they come together to co-create an evening of Sacred Stillness— a soul-soothing blend of cacao, rest, sound, and heart connection.

Hannah will open the evening with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, honoring the sacred plant medicine and the ancestors who have lovingly shared this gift with us. Together, we will bless the cacao, sip slowly, and set intentions as we drop into presence, gratitude, and connection— both to ourselves and to the collective energy of the space.

From there, we’ll ease into a deeply restorative yoga practice, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quiet as we surrender into the stillness within. With open hearts, we’ll release what no longer serves and make space for peace, clarity, and renewal.

Throughout the restorative practice, Sami will bathe the space in sound, weaving together singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments to guide you into deeper relaxation. The evening will close with a guided rest and sound immersion, creating the dreamlike ending to this evening of Sacred Stillness.

This poor girl needs a new home, her family has split up and due to circumstances lusted in the main post, they can not take her. She's 9, house broke, crate broke, great with dogs and kids... all the things! Can you help? Located in Ball Ground GA

Just because we're prepping for 4 events in the next 5 days doesn't mean the calls, texts, DMs and emails stop coming. We have to pick our battles. Some we can help, some we cannot.

Meet Bella. Nine years ago her family chose her from a litter of puppies someone was handing out in a parking lot. She is now 9 years old. The only family she has ever known is splitting up, divorcing. They've left her behind at the house she calls home. Every day, her mom comes to visit and feed and potty her because she cannot have her at the new place. Don't get started, they moved in with family and can't have dogs. The house will be up for sale soon and Bella must leave. She is looking for a new home. Bella is spayed, but not up to date on vaccines. She weighs about 30 pounds, is house trained, crate trained, great with other dogs and kids. She might be a beagle/terrier mix? Bella is located in Ball Ground, Ga

If you're a rescue group interested in helping this little girl find a new home or would like to adopt her, message the page and I will put you in touch with her mom. Georgia Dog Advocates will get her vaccines updated and on preventatives after a vet visit to Express Vets North Canton.

Tonight it was my privilege to hold space for 6 amazing women who’ve been friends for 23 years! They travel from 6 different states every year to be together, and this time they chose to share an evening of meditation, yoga, sacred sound, and laughter as part of their celebration. 💜✨

It was an honor to create the container, to witness their connection, and to be a part of this special evening.
