SUP YOGA Teacher Training 2024 💕

This group of 12 rock star women grew more in 5 days than I have seen of any training ever! Their willingness to dive into all things stand up paddle board (including water rescues) and still hold space for the transformational power of yoga combined with nature was incredible to witness! I can’t wait to support their assisting & teaching as they share this new skill! Keep an eye out for a few more POP-UP classes this summer and high-five any of the participants you come across. They’re amazing! 🤩

We’re kicking off the SUP season this Sunday with a class in Nevada City - 2 spots remaining for included equipment!

Get some guided mindfulness within the sacred space of Deer Creek Hills with my mentor Miki and myself! We’ll connect to our roots and soak in the salve needed for our nervous systems.
