Established in 1969, The Plastic Surgery Center has been serving Northern California and the Sacramento area for over 40 years. Dr. Wayne Yamahata, Dr. Debra Johnson, Dr. Scott Green, Dr. Rudy Coscia, and Dr. Pirko Maguiña have over 100 combined years of experience. To date, we are one of the largest plastic surgery groups in the nation. At The Plastic Surgery Center quality and safety are the main concerns.
