Our Story

We owned one of Sacramento’s largest CrossFit Affiliates for over 9 years, and now we are taking a different approach, working 1-on-1 with people to improve their fitness and nutrition. We get to know you, your goals and struggles.

We offer half-hour, 45 min and hour-long sessions through out the day, remote coaching and programming. Our Nutrition options aren’t generic meal plans, but instead offer accountability and focus on building a life-long relationship with food.
