Testimony: “�.�Pictures can say a lot. Most of the time the struggles are silent. .
I know that so many of you sweet ladies are struggling to find that balance. To afford a lifestyle that brings back your JOY. .
This body has gone through 9 pregnancies -
�8 miscarriages with 9 angels babes�.
�1 rainbow bear here earth side.
�1 emergency c-cection
1 surgery post baby to remove “jagged like material” from my uterus.
1 ovarian shaving procedure
3 lumbar punctures to help remove the excess spinal fluid that builds up around my brain. .
�Post Partum Anxiety + Depression. (clearly one form of crazy wasn’t enough )
I have PCOS, Endo, Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension.�.
�I stay at home with the Bear, and Work from. I do most of my work hours while he sleeps. .
I also gained weight AFTER T was born. A lot of weight. I went back up to 300 😳�.
�I don’t tell you this for any sort of sympathy. I want you to know that it’s possible to find balance. It’s possible to find a seat at the table. .

One of my favorite moves to incorporate. A little plank variation to fire up those arms, core, back, shoulders, and legs. Give these a try 10-20 reps 3-5 sets. 💪🏻 ..........

Top wins for me this week was spending my time working and being intentional and becoming a P R E M I E R coach!!! This has been a goal of mine and I have finally accomplished it!! I am so excited and honored to be leading my team of coaches and clients through the FASTer Way!!!

For a year before Faster Way, I had been trying calorie deprivation diets and “working out” but I didnt know how to do an effective workout and I was eating whatever to get below my calories and looking at nothing else. I was working with a dietician too. I did loose 15 pounds but then nothing and I still didnt like what I was seeing. Once I started Faster Way, it all clicked. It gave me tools to use in every day life and I have never once felt like I was missing out on anything. I feel stronger and more confident in myself than I ever have in my adult life. ..........

Little Mid Week Motivation/Deep thought.

What is O N E thing, or more if you have more, you W A N T to do? Whether it be a goal or something to accomplish, a task, something to earn or buy? Maybe you want to be a millionaire, maybe you want a job promotion, maybe you want to be a stay at home parent? Maybe you want to travel or take a vacation somewhere.

We all have something we really want that we either don’t have right this moment or something or holding us back or maybe it’s not the right time or we are in our own way of accomplishing it!!!

Post below and let’s encourage each other to work towards doing it!!!

"My weight and health journey began when I was very young, always struggling to lose weight and eat healthier.

I have always been able to lose weight but I never found a sustainable program.

In February, I decided to try FWTFL. It took me a bit to catch on but even as I was still figuring it out, I was loosing pounds and inches.

I can't say enough about the program.

I am eating more than I ever have, exercising daily, and feeling better than ever.

Best part is that I am eating things I enjoy and still able to eat treats that I can factor in.

I turned 60 in the Fall of last year and had pretty much given up on improving my health and feeling better about myself.

After completing 2 rounds of FWTFL, I am down 20 inches and 14 pounds.

My health has improved and I feel so much better about myself.

I am so thankful for my coach Aubrey Borba who has been so encouraging and supportive. Her guidance continues to be invaluable to me." @ Modesto, California
