The ECMO Critical Care Symposium was an incredible experience. It was inspiring to see critical care nurses, APRNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members from various hospital systems come together to share knowledge and expertise in caring for some of the most critically ill patients.

Two Sacramento AACN board members, Patty Jasper ( ) and Mandeep Chahal ( ) , had the privilege of joining the Capitol City Black Nurses Association () at Sacramento State University for a Nursing Leaders Panel!

This event brought together a diverse group of nursing professionals to share their experiences, insights, and guidance with nursing students as they prepare to enter the healthcare field. Patty and Mandeep were honored to represent Sac AACN and connect with future nurses, discussing the importance of leadership, professional development, and community involvement in nursing.
