Aging Assistant’s mission is to provide superior service with the same care, concern and compassion that we would provide to our own families.
We have over 14 years of experience as a 1-on-1 Private Duty Caregiver Agency that is licensed by the State of California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, Home Care Services Bureau. We provide families with the peace of mind that their loved one is in good hands and getting the assistance that they need.
Our non-medical services are provided by State of California certified Home Care Aides. All of our caregivers are thoroughly screened, bonded and insured using comprehensive background checks.
Each client is carefully matched with the caregiver who can best meet the care plan and homemaker services specific to the needs of the individual, whether they reside in a house, apartment, condominium, assisted-living, nursing community or hospital.
Many of our caregivers have been with our agency since we began in 2006. We pride ourselves on providing a great work environment and support services for our caregivers. Supporting our caregivers allows them to focus on providing great care and assistance to our wonderful clients and their families. And, by receiving great care, our clients are better able to thrive and maintain their dignity and independence.
We provide care and assistance from a minimum of four hours a day all the way up to twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. And, we are able to mix and match our services to meet the unique needs of each client.
