Mateo’s intention as a Massage therapist is to provide a safe space for every client to physically rejuvenate and spiritually/energetically heal. Through his gentle spirit and intuitive, loving touch he creates a powerful mind-body-spirit experience leaving you feeling totally relaxed and restored from the inside out. He employs various modalities of body work he has found inspirational on his journey of healing; including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue and Acupuncture Cupping. His hope is not just to aid in the easing of physical discomfort through movement of stagnant tissue or energy, but to empower and educate people on how to live more comfortably in their bodies through the cessation of stress(pain)-causing behaviors, movements, and self-defeating beliefs.
