Why sound healing?
Because sometimes talking doesn’t help. Because the body needs something different. When sound fills the room, the nervous system listens first. Before the mind tries to understand. Sound doesn’t ask you to fix anything. It doesn’t need effort. It simply creates space. Space where your shoulders can drop. Space where your breath can slow. Space where your body finally feels safe enough to let go.
Some people feel calm. Some feel emotion rise. Some don’t feel anything at all — and that’s okay.
Sound meets you exactly where you are. No expectations. No pressure.
If you’ve been holding everything together, being strong for everyone else, this is your reminder —
