Mobility in your hips and upper back isn’t just about hitting farther
 it’s about moving better, feeling better, and having more fun on and off the course.

As we age, stiffness can sneak in and steal distance, power, and confidence—not to mention make the post-round recovery feel like we just ran a marathon instead of playing 18.

Here are 3 simple ways to improve your mobility and your game:

👉 1. Daily Hip Slides
Stand tall, feet under your hips, and gently shift your hips side-to-side without twisting your spine. This improves lateral mobility and keeps your pelvis and spine working together the way they should.

👉 2. Thoracic Rotations
Sit on a bench or chair, arms crossed, and slowly rotate your upper body side to side. This helps unlock your upper back—the engine behind your swing.

👉 3. Pre-round Dynamic Warm-Up
Before you tee off, add leg swings, torso turns, and a few deep lunges with a twist. Just 3–5 minutes can make all the difference in how your body performs.

The real win? A smoother swing, a looser body, and a better round—with less soreness and more enjoyment after.
